Reset the phone, then reinstall the Big Purple Phone app. The app still looks after the phone, but it is no longer locked down — you can leave the app to use the rest of the phone.

I no longer use this phone

Tell us you are no longer an active user and we will close the account. If you still have the phone, we strongly recommend wiping it as well so it can be used again in future.
